Great adaptation from the early 1970's book, but you'd better bring your A game if you want to follow George Smiley flesh out the mole in Britan's spy agency. Smiley is fired and then rehired to find the soviet double agent in this engrossing drama that keeps switching back and forth in time as facts relating to the spy are unraveled.
